Helping you feel less stressed, rediscover joy, and regain confidence so you can enjoy the fulfilling life that you’ve always wanted

It’s okay to not be okay right now.

Life can feel like a constant juggling act, trying to balance numerous responsibilities and demands all at once. You're constantly on the go, with little time to pause and catch your breath. Whether it's maintaining relationships, taking care of family, managing a career, or finding time for self-care, the pressure can be overwhelming. It's easy to feel like you're barely keeping your head above water, always striving but never quite feeling like you're succeeding.

Maybe You’re Feeling:

  • Exhausted and need a break, but that seems impossible

  • Overwhelmed by daily pressures and responsibilities

  • Disconnected and like you don’t know yourself anymore

  • Like you're "barely keeping your head above water"

  • As if you're "not measuring up" to expectations

  • Stuck in the comparison game and worried you’re behind in life

  • That you're just going through the motions and not really living

You’re not alone and

things don’t always have to feel this way.

Hi, I’m Andrea.

I specialize in supporting women who find themselves overwhelmed by life's demands and struggling to prioritize their own well-being. Whether it's the constant worry, the weight of guilt, or the ever-present feeling of being stretched too thin, I'm here to help you navigate through it all.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a mom to 2 teenagers. I am passionate about this work because I understand the challenges and pressures that women face. We wear so many hats – from caregivers to professionals, partners to friends – that it's easy to lose sight of our own needs. I've been there, feeling like I'm walking a tightrope, trying to balance everyone else's needs while neglecting my own.

But here's the thing – you're not alone, and there is a way out of this cycle. Together, we'll work to reduce your stress, rediscover joy in the everyday moments, and rebuild your confidence so you can start living the life you've always wanted.

Receive therapy with more flexibility in scheduling to fit your calendar. Whether it's during naptime, your lunch break, or whenever suits you best, you've got the flexibility to prioritize your well-being on your own terms.

Experience a unique alternative to traditional therapy and the therapeutic benefits of movement in nature with Walk & Talk Outdoor Therapy sessions.

You get to set the pace. Whether you bring your little one in a stroller, walk alongside your dog, or prefer sitting outdoors in a lawn chair for your therapy session, this environment is designed to serve you.

Online Parent Coaching is designed to address specific concerns and support you in developing effective parenting strategies outside of therapy.

Improve your relationship with your child(ren), better understand their needs, and develop mindful strategies to address challenges, such as establishing boundaries, and demonstrating healthy emotional regulation.

Ready to feel like you got this?

I believe therapy should be simple.

Here’s how it works!

You and I will have a 15-minute intro session to talk about your needs and what you’re looking for in therapy. This is a chance to ask any questions you have and find out if working together could be a good fit.

If we are a good fit and you feel ready to get started, we’ll schedule an initial intake session. I’ll email you the necessary paperwork to review and complete before our first session.

2. Show up for your first appointment

Next, we’ll meet for an intake session.

This session is focused on information gathering and getting to know each other. We’ll explore where you are and where you want to be. You’ll get to know me and my approach to therapy.

3. Keep showing up for yourself

We’ll meet together for 50-minute ongoing sessions to work towards your goals.
